Three things worth understanding
Solana as a reward option has shown up more recently than Bitcoin or Ethereum rewards — currently only Gemini Credit Card pays it directly among the 49 cards we track, though that's shifted as Solana's own ecosystem has grown.
Cashback converts to SOL at the transaction-time rate and accumulates in your reward balance, the same mechanism as any other crypto-reward card.
Solana's price behaviour is its own — historically more volatile than Bitcoin at times, less established as a store of value. Treat it as a distinct asset with its own risk, not a substitute for BTC or ETH.
