Tangem Pay Launches Physical Cards: Delivery Fees, Card Limits and ATM Costs

Tangem Pay now ships a plastic Visa card. Delivery costs $15.63 to $63.45, the first is free on the Plus plan, and cash from ATMs costs 2% or 4%.

Tangem Pay cardholders can order a plastic Visa card from 9 October 2026. Until now Tangem Pay was virtual only, which meant in-store payments through Apple Pay or Google Pay and cash only from contactless ATMs.

The card is ordered inside the Tangem app, from version 6.3.2 on iPhone and 6.3.3 on Android. It is available on both the free Basic plan and the $29.99-a-month Plus plan.

What it costs

  • Delivery: between $15.63 and $63.45, depending on your country. The app shows the exact fee and the delivery time before you confirm.
  • Plus plan: the first plastic card is delivered free. Tangem says this applies once; moving to Basic and back does not earn a second free delivery.
  • Replacement: always charged, on both plans, at the delivery fee for your country.
  • ATM withdrawals: 4% of the amount on Basic and 2% on Plus.

The delivery fee is taken from your Tangem Pay balance when you place the order. Tangem says an order cannot be cancelled and the fee is not refunded.

Limits worth knowing before you order

  • Cards per account: 3 on Basic and 5 on Plus, counting virtual and plastic cards together. If you already hold the maximum, you have to close a virtual card first.
  • Delivery country: only the country you verified in. You can change the street address and the recipient's name, but not the country.
  • Not every country: where Tangem does not deliver yet, the app labels the plastic option "Unavailable". Virtual cards still work there.
  • Latin letters only: the address and name fields reject accented letters and non-Latin scripts, so a name such as "Peña" has to be typed without the accent.

The first batch is a limited "Earlybirds" edition: one design for both plans, white with a silver Visa logo.

When it arrives

The card arrives inactive and without a PIN. You activate it in the app by entering the last four digits printed on it, which Tangem says usually takes up to five minutes and occasionally up to 48 hours. You then set your own PIN in the app.

The delivery company emails tracking details within three business days of the order. The app itself does not track the parcel.

Tangem's pages have not all caught up

Three of Tangem's own pages still describe the card as it was. Its product page says a physical card "is not available yet". One help-centre table says ATM cash withdrawals are "not yet available", while another article sets out limits for contactless ATMs: $250 per withdrawal and three withdrawals in 24 hours. Tangem has not said whether those limits also apply to the plastic card.

The card terms published by Paera, the company that provides the programme, give a wider range for delivery, $14.53 to $82.10. In every case the figure shown in the app at the moment you order is the one that applies.

Common questions

How much does a Tangem Pay physical card cost?

The card itself has no price, but delivery costs between $15.63 and $63.45 depending on your country. On the Plus plan the first delivery is free, once. The fee is taken from your Tangem Pay balance when you order, and Tangem says the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Can I use the Tangem Pay physical card at ATMs?

Yes. Tangem says the plastic card lets you withdraw cash at ATMs, at a fee set by your plan: 4% of the amount on Basic and 2% on Plus. You choose your own PIN in the app, because none is sent with the card.

Where does Tangem deliver the physical card?

Only to the country of residence you verified during identity checks; you cannot pick another country, though the street address can differ. Tangem does not deliver to every country yet. Where it does not, the app shows the plastic option as unavailable.
